Hotel Policies

  • Smoke-Free Hotel Policy: The smoke-free hotel policy has received praise from guests and will remain committed to achieving a smoke-free environment. Penalties of up to $250 will apply for any violators.
  • Room Guarantee: To hold the room beyond the local hotel hold time, a credit card guarantee of payment must be received at the hotel prior to designated hold time.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in any areas of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injury.
  • Traveling with Children or Several Guests: There may be a limit on the number of guests who may occupy the room type selected which could impact the number of rooms needed and room rate
  • Check-in/Check-out Policy: Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Shoulder you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel may impose an early departure fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • In an effort to better serve guests seeking last-minute accommodations, guest will be required to cancel their room reservation 48-hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a fee. The fee will amount to the first nights charge plus tax.
